Ticket Activation

Travelling by the Mazowieckie Railways train is based on a valid ZTM season ticket referred to above previously activated/cancelled. Passengers with a non-activated ZTM ticket encoded on the Warsaw City Card are obligated to enter the train through the first doors (counting from the head of the unit) and immediately report to the train manager with the request to activate that ticket. Otherwise the passenger will be considered as travelling without a valid ticket.

Payment of charges

Vindication of charges for the journey (transportation) in the KM train without a valid ZTM seasonal ticket or the document certifying authorisation for concessionary or free travel is based on the Mazowieckie Railways Regulations in force.
